At Royal Wholesale, we’re always working to create new, innovative methods for providing our customers with industry leading customer service. Customer service is about solving problems, not multiplying them, so a customer service system is only as good as the platform upon which it functions. In an effort to provide you with the best customer service possible, we’ve created an Online Help Desk which you can access on the Royal Wholesale account dashboard via our website. This new help desk platform is the first of it’s kind in our industry and is incredibly easy to use. It provides you with a fast and efficient method for addressing every customer service issue imaginable.

Access all of your messages (tickets) in an intuitive ticket management section on your account dashboard called Help Desk.

 

You Can Select Department/Priority Levels

Select the specific department here at Royal Wholesale that you need to contact and assign your ticket a priority level based on its urgency. You can also change the priority level of your ticket after it is sent if something changes.

 

It Gives You An Opportunity To Be Heard

We want to hear from you! Good, bad or ugly, we want to know what you think of us so we can do everything in our power to make your buying experience with us better every day.

 

It’s A Self Service System

The Online Help Desk is available 24/7! You can create your ticket whenever it’s convenient for you!

 

You Can Track The Status of Your Ticket

Every time an action is taken on your ticket, you’ll know about it! The status of your ticket will be automatically updated in real time so you’ll always be in the know. Not every issue has an immediate fix, but seeing that your issue is being addressed and worked on is a relief!

 

It Allows You To Leave Us Feedback

Your feedback is important to us! After your support ticket is closed, you’ll be invited to rate your experience with our Online Help Desk from 1 (Poor) to 5 (Excellent).

 

All you need to do to get started is login to your account on www.RoyalWholesaleCandy.com. Once logged in, click the “Help Desk” option under the “My Account” menu. Simply fill out the form fields provided and click the blue “Submit Ticket” button when you’re finished. That’s it! The status of your ticket will be shown on your Account Dashboard.
