The Hershey Company is an American company that was founded in 1894 by Milton S. Hershey as a subsidiary of his Lancaster Caramel Company. Their headquarters are in Hershey, Pennsylvania, along with Hersheypark. Hersheypark started as a leisure park for his employees.
