Our most recent improvement will forever change the way that you order with us for the better. It used to be that if you forgot to order an item/s or wanted to add an item/s to an order you recently placed, you had to call our office and speak to one of our customer service representatives to add the items to your order. This was because our website didn't allow you to place orders for less than our $250 minimum. Not to mention that even if it did, you would have been charged again for shipping. Although we enjoyed speaking with you and helping you add items to your order, we realized that it was not an efficient use of your time. So we're pleased to announce that calling in add-ons to your order is now a thing of the past!
Now, when you need to add an item/s to your order, you can simply return to our website and purchase what you need! If you do so within 72 hours of placing your initial order, you will NOT have to meet a minimum order requirement, you will NOT have to pay any additional shipping charges, AND all of your orders will ship as one single shipment! What makes this ordering system even better is that you can add items to your order as many times as you need to as long as it's within the 72 window! No more wasting your valuable time to pick up the phone and call in your add on items!
To add items to your unshipped order, follow the steps below:
STEP 1
Visit www.royalwholesalecady.com and log into your account.
STEP 2
Browse to find the item you would like to add to your unshipped order. On the item's Web page, click the "Add to Cart" button. Repeat this step for all items needed.
STEP 3
Go to My Cart and click on Check Out.
STEP 4
Select your Shipping Method and Payment Method.
STEP 5
Review your add-on order.
STEP 6
Be sure to check off the Terms and Conditions box.
STEP 7
