Merckens® Marquis Milk Chocolate Blocks deliver a rich, creamy milk chocolate flavor with smooth texture and consistent performance. Made with quality cocoa, this premium chocolate is ideal for professional baking and confectionery applications including molding, enrobing, and chocolate work. With a cacao range of 32–34% and 120 viscosity, it provides excellent flow and finish.

Storage & Shelf Life
For best results, store chocolate in a dry, dark place at a temperature between 53.6°F and 60.8°F. Do not refrigerate. Avoid temperature changes greater than 50°F, as this may cause a white sheen (bloom), which does not affect flavor or quality.
Do not store chocolate near strong-smelling foods, as chocolate absorbs odors easily. For optimal taste and texture, allow chocolate to reach a serving temperature of 64.4°F to 69.8°F before use or consumption. At this temperature, chocolate remains firm while fully releasing its flavors and aromas.
When stored properly, Merckens® Marquis Milk Chocolate Blocks have an approximate shelf life of 12–18 months. Natural cocoa polyphenols help protect dark and milk chocolate from oxidation, acting as natural preservatives.
