A Sweet Time At The 2016 Philadelphia National Candy, Gift & Gourmet Show

For Royal Wholesale, the 2016 Philadelphia National Candy, Gift, & Gourmet Show was an opportunity to present ourselves as an industry leader and raise the bar on what it means to be the best wholesale confectionery distributor in the world.
Our goal for the show was simple: stand out among the other vendors in attendance and show visitors what sets us apart from our competition. From the very early stages of our planning, one thing was clear: With our amazing team in place, we were more than capable of accomplishing our goals and doing things in a way that the confectionery industry has never seen before.
If you didn't have the opportunity to visit our booth at the show, it's difficult to explain the enormity of what the experience was like. But since we're incredibly proud of what we've accomplished, we'll do our best to describe it for you.
The size of our booth alone was enough to attract the attention of the show's visitors. Occupying a space of 20"x20"with a 16"x4" banner hoisted 15 feet in the air overhead, our booth was pretty hard to miss. Not to mention the two 7 foot vertical banners that stood on each corner of our booth. For those visitors interested in discussing business, we welcomed them to take a seat at one of our two bar tables with swivel stools. Every inch of our roughly 40 feet of tabletop space was covered in delicious samples of gummies, novelty candies, chocolate, holiday themed treats, chocolate covered pretzels and a fully stocked candy buffet. It was a feast for the eyes and the stomach! Our booth also featured a big screen TV, which we showed the Philadelphia Eagles season opener on while our guests snacked on chocolate footballs and draft beer flavored jelly beans.
Lastly, no show taking place in Atlantic City would be complete without a little gaming! Visitors to our booth dropped their business cards into our raffle bowl for a chance to spin our prize wheel, which contained $100 bills and Royal Cash gift cards! We loved seeing the excited crowd gather around our booth every hour to see if they would be chosen to spin the prize wheel. By the end of the day, we had given away $3,630 in prizes to our lucky winners!
Overall, what made our day so fun and successful was having nine of our awesome staff members on hand to meet and chat with show attendees. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting and getting to know everyone in person. Everyone agreed that it was by far the most fun show we've ever participated in and we hope that visitors to our booth feel the same way.
