Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, RoyalWholesaleCandy.com does not accept any return on candy products.

Initiating a Return:

Customers must contact our Customer Service team within 72 hours of receiving their order to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns:

All returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
Returns requested after this period may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns for orders placed by mistake or for incorrect item numbers provided will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 72 hours of delivery.


Returns for damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after this timeframe.
