Made with cocoa powder and vegetable oil, this coating delivers a rich milk chocolate taste without the need for tempering, making it ideal for dipping, coating, enrobing, and molding applications.

With a viscosity of 80, this candy coating provides excellent flow. For a thinner coating, paramount crystals may be added. When adding flavors or colors, it is recommended to use concentrated or oil-based flavorings for best results.
