Harvest when they're fully sunripe and stored the best conditions, our pistachios preseve the maximum amount of flavour and natural properties. They are shelled max. 12 hours before being rosted and packed within 12 hours. Pistachio paste is great for flavouring ganaches, pastisseries crèmes, ice cream and sauces.
