A robust bittersweet chocolate produced by the Guittard Company. Assertive, bittersweet chocolate; 72% cocoa content. Wafer-shaped, 3/4-inch disks. Made in the USA.
Requires Tempering when melted. As this product contains cocoa butter, be sure to temper if heating them so that your chocolate is smooth, silky and glossy.
